he made some good points for the SAD lamp. I think I’m gonna try it.
Also told him about how this winter is kicking my butt, and he pretty much said that it happens to everyone. Normies alike. It’s just good to know that I’m not the only one struggling – thanks for the honest replies everyone
Usually around right after Christmas for me – but I’m seeing warmer temps (45F, 7C) on the forecast for next week. Kinda exciting!
Update on the SAD lamp: it works great! It’s recommended to use within one hour of waking up, for 20 to 30 minutes. I do that, and I feel pretty good. Not sure if it’s placebo, but I think it works. Would recommend
