I like cheesecake a lot, the raspberry/strawberry part is a nice touch, and the oreo part automatically makes it delicious.

It must taste really good if it looks as good as it tastes…

BTW I have no clue how you make that!?!?

Please don’t tell me though, that would be like telling me santa claus isn’t real. The mystery makes it all that more appealing lol…

I admire bakers, it really is an art and a great hobby to do now and then, with some enjoyment in the end (the eating part). Seems you have practiced on your baking a lot lately and made great strides. My sister really likes baking too. She can bake almost anything. You have to have patience, precision and skill to be a good baker. It’s not for everyone!

@anon9798425 please tell me a little bit about how this is made. No baking? Is that fruit fresh pureed?

So jelly! It looks amazing! I wouldn’t have thought to use an Oreo crust, but I bet it complements the fruit amazingly!

The bottom is just crushed oreos with butter. That one sets very fast. The middle part is sourcream, powdered sugar, vanilla powder and cream cheese that is mixed with whipped cream and then with raspberry flavored jello powder dissolved in less water than usual. This part needs at least 4 hours to set before you can begin with the top. The top is mashed and whole strawberries that you heat up and mix with raspberry jello powder until the jello powder is dissolved. You can use strawberry jello powder and raspberries too. I used both strawberries and raspberries because I had some left-over raspberries. Frozen ones are fine. The top also needs at least 4 hours in the fridge to set. All the parts have to cool down before you mix them with the others or add them to the cake.
