Strange sleep experiences

Tonight I’m having trouble sleeping again

Its like my brain doesn’t want to shut off

For a while I kept drifting off and started dreaming, but I was aware of my body so maybe some degree of sleep paralysis and I felt a weird buzzing on my head and it was moving around a lot

My dream brain thought spirits were attacking me in my sleep

Weird?

Just put your phone down. Close your eyes and try to fall asleep again.

Lol I’ve been trying for 5 hours now

Good luck with it. I still take a very low dose of clozapine to help me fall asleep.

My dreams now are memorable, disturbing and paralysing as you describe

Best speak to your doctor

I reported my issues coming of Diazepam and Pregabalin last Friday, and not heard anything back yet about what to do

Are your doctors good at responding when you report things like this?

I had a rough night as well. I was aboutto bet would happend when I ate around 10 pm.
Most likely I fell asleep after 2, or might have been 3. But I had back ache, tension. I guess cortizol was high so I took an aswagand pill.
I use white noise rain fall as background and a small dosage of clozapine

They’ve put me on prazosin for nightmares, but it didn’t help me sleep through the night and it made my heart pound like crazy . Otherwise no, just told me to stop drinking caffeine after noon, which I did.
