I think I have this type. They have panic attacks too. So do I. Says Seroquel, Zyprexa and clozapine? Work best. Not sure about clozapine. The one that causes agranulocytocis.
I think my schizophrenia type is predominantly negative symptoms like it feels like I got ■■■■■■■dementia half the time and it progresses even with medication. It could be. I don’t hallucinate or hear voices it doesn’t happen at all. I just have the negative cognitive effects, negative symptoms, and delusions. That’s it. I got mood swings. So I think it’s more schizo-affective disorder. I also drink tons of energy drinks every day so nobody including myself really can tell what I have…
Why they do not respect the fact that ,diagnosis the symptoms of sz as a biological symptoms by the current scientific tools are remain impossible task until now,while

Schizophrenia does not function only during waking hours. Ever since it took control over me, I have heard voices in my dreams many times. Also, my schizophrenia controls my sleeping pattern and produces my dreams.

If you hear the voice you will lose the ability to follow the dream events and you will wake up to inter the world of mindfulness ,because the heard voice is spoken transmitter causing the wakefulness and attention !
I don’t notice any interruption to follow the dream events. For me the voice does not cause wakefulness or anything of that sort during sleep.
