Disgusting! 
That is beyond sad
Unfortunately, our jails have become stand ins for mental wards. Jails aren’t equipped to deal with the mentally ill. That isn’t how they’re supposed to function.
That is horrible, I can’t believe they’re putting the mentally ill in jail cells.
This is absolutely Disgusting and Horrific!
I don’t know what else to say!
I fear that this is the first of many steps towards intolerance against stigmatized communities. Now that Donald trump is out of the closet about his plans for immigrants, other people feel like they can do the same thing. I’m sure it was on their minds for a long time before they actually passed the rule to exclude psychotic patients from their hospital.
Imagine the furore if the same was done to cancer patients.
