So I’m craving ramen do you add anything extra?
I add onion when boiling and I do two eggs in the center of boiling water and cover for 3 minutes.

I make ramen a lot. I fry meat in a little sesame oil, add veggies and soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sometimes mirin. I cookel noodles in chicken broth and add to the wok. A soft boiled egg is a yummy garnish.
