Something feels very wrong

and I know what can be more wrong that sz, but no its not the psychosis that consistently bothers me, I’m in a constant state of anxiety and worry almost 24/7… ALL THE BLOODY TIME. I cannot seem to shake this or get rid of it. Therapy where I have to put myself into these situations that cause me anxiety cause me even more anxiety… What do I do to get rid of it, when the antidepressants is something I cannot have!

Yeah I have it 24/7. Buspar + Hydroxyzine help a lot.

I keep to a routine helps me but still have chronic anxiety and regular panic attacks, sometimes I can pinpoint the trigger, sometimes it comes from anywhere.

I also take a PRN.

Most pdocs start people on 10 mg of Buspar per day. But everyone I know who has taken it needed 30 mg to 60 mg per day. So if you try it and it doesn’t work, up the dose before deciding whether or not it works. I needed a minimum of 30, but more would have been better

Panic atracks are the worst.

I also have constant anxiety and worry. Even when everything is going well I find something to worry about or I worry why are things going well

At first I had no anxiety on Zyprexa. But now I’m anxious again.

Not even my tranquillisers are helping anymore

Antipsychotics made me more worried and anxious. Not sure how it works, but ive thought it is to increase inhibition or related to it.

I want to try but don’t want to risk getting psychosis because of it… I will ask the doc.

@anon25873142 , it’s not a benzo and it’s not an antidepressant. It’s its own type of med. triggering psychosis is extremely rare for Buspar. It’s definitely worth trying
