I have a new job assignment and they are throwing me into it with very little practical training. I don’t think I know how to do it. And because they are too busy they are not going to take the time to explain things to me. So I am worried I will lose my job.
They want me to try and to ask questions, and they will review my work and tell me what I do wrong.
It is just not a very good way to learn.
