When Robert Plant was performing on stage he often wore the shirts of groupies he had the night before. If you look at clips on YouTube of Led Zeppelin in concert you see Robert Plants shirts are often these small flimsy women’s shirts that barely fit him. It’s kind of a funny thing to do.
I’m wondering why he did that. I watched quite a few serial killers documentaries and interviews, and it was not uncommon for them to play with their victims’ stuff that they kept. I think psychologically it’s the same mind frame just on a different scale - every new groupie was another trophy and by wearing their shirts he was reminding himself of how great and magnificent he was that women just throw themselves at him. He was a narcissist, imo
