Actually it was BEATLES songs. But the Beach Boys did hang around Charles Manson at one time.

You realize that the video MIGHT just be random shots of the Beatles and NOT shots of them actually recording Helter Skelter? Doesn’t matter; I still enjoyed it.
You could be right . Although the shots do look like them from their later period ie post 66-67.
At one point in time I believe it was Brian Wilson that even lived with the Mason family until his family was able to talk him away from the group. I think it was Wilson who said he could get Manson a record deal but the offer fell through and things that spiraled to the murders I believe. I remember watching that in the movie called The Beach Boys: An American Family staring Alley Mills (the mom from the wonder years)
Yeah, I knew Manson was a (very) amateur musician.
I believe since McCartney is wearing a beard that it is from the “let it be” sessions. McCartney had short facial hair during the recording of “helter skelter” on the white album.
Very eerie that brian wilson talked with manson a bit. I hear he just was awarded a marriage license to a frequent visitor woman he knows. sick. Charles Manson will burn in hell.
I believe the woman is in her twenties or thirties. She looks very young.
It actually was Dennis Wilson (Brian’s brother) who had the most to do with the Manson Family. Charles did record a few songs at Brian’s house, and the Beach Boys released a song of Manson’s as a B-side. I believe there was also an interaction with someone from the Doors too, but I forget the details.
