Social problems - no rhythm when with 'em

Dad taught us manners so that we would not offend people and would make friends. Unfortunately, he taught them to me when I had no interest in making friends. The rules just seemed cruel.

I’m of the belief that you can’t truly and fairly judge your own parents until you put in the blood, sweat and tears that come from raising your own kids.

Having been taught the manners that keep from offending others is half the battle in dealing with people.

If you choose to use them, at least you know you did all that was expected of you.

That couldn’t happen to me because I was barren. But they set themselves up for that because my weakness has a lot to do with the fact that my mother got her tubes tied when I was a year old and I didn’t have a healthy mother to copy.

It seemed like it was never enough.
