Bad start for Everton, but they always seem to find a way to hang on :flags:

I hope Rooney can keep Plymouth Argyle up.

Plymouth seemed to do allright last year.

Brighton has been impressive the last few years. It’s like they get better every year lately.

Brighton seem to know what their doing with player recruitment, staff and stadium.

Two Scousers joined Plymouth’s management team when they were in League 1.

I think one left to join Preston so the other one took over and got em promoted but left to manage Stoke last Dec. Now Wayne Rooney is in charge.

I’d say their a Championship club but think their struggle a bit.

I enjoyed the Forest v Newcastle game yesterday. I thought for sure Forest had that game when they went up in the PKs

The Champions League has changed it’s format into a league system this season.

Yeah, I remember hearing about that. Hope that it works out. Don’t know if it will be a improvement.

It looks good. A club plays 8 different teams 4 games at home and 4 away. Before a last 16.

Nice. I will say, I have been enjoying the Nations League action. I haven’t watched it too closely, but the matches seem pretty even

Saw part of a rerun between Portugal and Scotland. Energetic game. Ronaldo goaled, guess he’s still got it. Portugal controlled most of second period. Didn’t see the first, but heard Scotland dominated. Think Mcginn scored for Scotland first, then Fernando to go 1-1, and Ronaldo 2-1

Edit: Mctominay scored for Scotland.

Another 3 pts for Villa. Forrest got a good win away at Liverpool.

Very winnable game on Tuesday. I’ve subscribed to the Villa podcast and can also see highlights the next day on my T.V.

Bad day for Haaland on the job yesterday…only 2 goals

He’s a born & bred goal machine.

Champions League is good so far, although not many surprises. Man City vs. Inter could be good today

Will be interesting to see what happens with Man. C after the investigation next year.

Heard some wild tale about a possibility they will be bumped down 4 divisions as a worst case scenario.
