A thread to talk about the Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, or any other soccer league, or anything soccer related.
The English championship league started already, and the Premier League kicks off next week. Will MC take a hatrick, or will another team step up?
excited for some EPL. It’s the only league I follow somewhat closely. No favorite team, just enjoy the action
Who do you think will win the Premier League this season?
- Manchester City
- Manchester United
- Arsenal
- Liverpool
- Chelsea
- Newcastle
- Tottenham

I voted liverpool for the Beatles…haha…love soccer, played it in high school…no t.v cable though so I am missing out on the games.
I don’t watch any football other than international
Only international tends to be on the free channels
But my only really passionate sport is f1 but that also is behind a pay wall
I voted Liverpool, although I suspect there might be a surprise this year. I don’t think City will take it 3 times in a row.
Liverpool haven’t made any signings so for that reason I doubt their win it. Arsenal have got to be favourites.
I voted for Arsenal – but wouldn’t be surprised if MC wins again
I’ll be following Truro City in National League South.
Plus Villa in the Premiership and Champions League - Up the Villa, Up the Villa.
I won’t be able to see most matches as they are paytv, but at least they show the recap on the news. Maybe I will get some reruns though.
Just signed up to sky sports so we can all watch the premier league.
I voted Liverpool to win though I think it could also possibly be Man City.
I don’t know which team to support. Maybe Wolverhampton cos they are close to where I live. Or possibly Aston Villa.
Anyway I’m looking forward to watching it. Man U playing Friday night.
It’s over 40 years since I last went to Cornwall. My maternal grandmother lived in Looe.
Liverpool with a relatively easy W over Ipswich
Right On! Me ansum.
No upsets in todays Premier League round. Everything went more or less as expected. Aston Villa beat West Ham at their home court was the only tiny surprise.
Leicester-Tottenham in a few hours
Great start from Brighton but their up against Arsenal ( a ) next.
This is Everton’s final season at Goodison Park. They’ve never been relegated from the top division so should spend next season playing in their new stadium in the Premier League.
Sunderland and Watford the only teams with maximum points after 3 rounds in the Championship, maybe it could be their time this year? Been a long time since Sunderland was in the Premier.
