mentally exhausted. Physically drained. Sleep won’t come to me though.
Psychosis is pretty easy to manage though.
I want to go down town and see if this one chick is working and maybe get a drink and try to chat her up a bit. Too tired to actually go do it though.
Nearly fainted earlier.
Bored or boring idk.
Staying away from the wine for now. Too much sugar leaves me all drained and ■■■■.
Anyone care to enlighten me on what to look out for regarding diabetes. I know it has to do with blood sugar levels. I’m pretty afraid of developing another health condition. Been taking aps for nearly 2 years now so it wouldn’t surprise me.
Take care y’all.
Have you had your sugar levels tested?
Nah I haven’t been in with the docs for a while. I try to avoid sugar anyways. Had a few glasses of wine last night though, I have a feeling it’s related.
Thanks for the link @notmoses
The fact that you nearly fainted is a sign to see your GP ASAP.
Things that you will notice
Thirsty more often
Urinating more often with more urgency
Sweet smelling urine
Dry patches on the skin or drier skin in general
Headaches when consuming large amounts of sugar followed by exhaustion and light headed ness an hour to two hours after consumption
Sleepiness when not have eaten in four to six hours
General tiredness with disturbed sleep when consumption of glucose within two hours of bed
Fruity smelling breath when sugar gets low(gone without eating for a long while)
There are more these are some of the main ones. I would go on the American diabetes association website for more information

It was like a half second of woozy ness followed by this general tired feeling. I have actually fainted before, about a year ago. It was more like a feeling I was going too.
Should have chosen my words a little more clearly.
With a little sleep I’m confident I’ll be feeling better.
Without coffee though I can feel a lot more negative symptoms.
If the problem persists beyond today I’ll go see a doc.
Have you had it looked at?
Nah. It only happened once. After a night of drinking liquor. Woke up and had a soda for some reason instead of water. Went out for coffee and well fainted when walking back out to the car.
Was pretty psychotic back then too. Or symptomatic I should say. The experience was just a bit to much at the time.
Decided to play it safe though and lay down.
Humour me and see your GP as soon as you can. I’d feel better if you had it looked at.
Your probably right. Good looking out man. Maybe next week while I’m still on the good insurance.

I agree you should go. By the way, there is a lot of sugar “glucose” in alcohol.
I don’t drink liquor. I’m assuming beer is probably the least sugary. The yeast is supposed to turn all that ■■■■ into alcohol…
Talking out my ass though I don’t really know.
Now the general fatigue is the least of my problems. Hungry and stuff. Gotta think of something to eat.
Try eating more protein. Try to consume less packaged foods. This will help.
Yeah I eat a lot of meat. I stay away from stuff with a lot of preservatives.
And the big thing the doctor told me. WATER. Make it your main if only drink.
