So I quit nicotine yesterday!

I quit using tobacco (snus) a couple of months ago. I have been using nicotine pouches instead. I promised myself that I would quit nicotine all together in the year 2024. Well, now I didn’t buy any nicotine pouches. I’m dizzy and feeling weak. I can definitely feel the withdrawals. Hopefully I will be able to come off without much discomfort.

Thank you guys.

I don’t drink as much coffee either. I only drink one or two cups a day. I went down from 8 cups to one cup.

Just remind yourself that the withdrawals are proof nicotine is bad for you

Good luck!

Hope you stick to it. I’ve quit more times than i can count. Remember to replace the habit with something else. Something healthier. And dont give in when your having a particularly down few days. And in a few weeks to a few months you’ll feel on top of the world!

Good luck speedy. I’ve been thinking about trying again lately too. I’m getting sick of this.

I did some planning before I stopped. Then I told myself enough with this sh-it. Nicotine is a crap drug that you pay a lot of money for. Nicotine really doesn’t do anything, except make you feel like sh-it when you are out of it.

Yeah I haven’t really been enjoying it lately. I only vape but it’s not pleasant. I guess what I like is it shuts off my brain to an extent.

Still feeling the urge. I’m lightheaded and feel dizzy. The withdrawals are horrible.

But I’m not caving in. I’m going to quit this sh-itty drug.

It’s been more than a week now. Still feeling the withdrawals.

I’m having coffee now and I really feel the urge.

Another week and you’ll be clear. It was two weeks craving for me anyway.

Suck on a lollipop or chew gum when the craving hits hard!

Yeah, I’ll be ok.

It’s just annoying right now. The withdrawals are the worst after breakfast, coffee and dinner.

But I want to quit, it’s my motivation. I’m tired of being addicted to this useless drug.

Tip to keep clean in the future is to really notice the feelings of craving and remember how it feels to ward off a future relapse. It worked for me anyway.
