Fkn fry 'em
I usually put salt and thymes on them and slap them in the oven, and then make rice and homemade sauce to go with it.
You can also mix Dijon mustard with salt, pepper and thymes and rub it on the chicken, but I like the way just salt and thymes makes the skin all crispy.
If I don’t feel like making sauce, I take the liquid that gathers in the things I put the chicken in, and pour it over the rice, add salt, and mix.
Ooh chicken thighs are so yum, @FatMama!
In the past, I’ve whipped up some honey mustard, soy sauce, and garlic and dipped them in the mixture-- then in the oven they go.
The sugar from the honey mustard gives the skin an awesome coating-- just a touch crispy.
Coat those puppies in flower and fry em up!
Then make a pot of mac and cheese to go with them.
Wahh I miss chicken! I want chicken wings soooooo bad right now!
I am going to go to Wing Stop. Half medium and half lemon pepper. You all have convinced me.
I would bbq it but I prefer the white meat.
Do they sell Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce in Canada? That’s some good stuff.
I’ve never had shake n bake. What’s it like?
In oven…Wrapped in bacon stuffed with sour cream and other goodness. Comes out really well.
Crockpot overnight with fresh lemon juice, tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Really good over pasta.
mix a can of coke with mexican chipotle…blend together and add to cooked chicken thighs when done…learned this recently…
It’s a coating mix.
