Im going to make try and kroean bbq chicken today/tomorrow if I can get the korean spices today. Its very flavourful and just serve it with rice and maybe some chopped green onions.
Stir fry with ginger, garlic, chilli, soy sauce and honey is also delicious. I was making that a lot this year.
