So i had a psychotic break (well, again)

I lost myself to my delusions. Cameras, the experiment, etc. I was arrested and was discharged today (happened last night)

This was a good thing actually. Its a wake up call that i need to put a proactive effort into my recovery. Read books, get my GED, go for runs and to the pool. It makes sense now, recipe for recovery.

You may want to get stable first. Find a med combo that works for you, take your time, don’t rush into stressful things.

Did you wander outside or make a bad phone call?

Glad you got a positive outlook on it. Id add getting to your pdoc for a med change to that list too

Along the lines of making a bad call. It was a text, which was stupid of me because texts can be sort of open to interpretation.

Thats good advise. I like abilify but it doesnt give me complete coverage. Wake up at night totally misunderstanding who i am, whats going on etc. Ill ask about adding a small dose of clozaril again.

You learned something this time. I haven’t been back to a psych hospital since I came to that very realization when I got home. If you want to stay, you have to make some changes in behavior. That was like 12 years ago. So I feel very hopeful for you. :slightly_smiling_face::eyeglasses:

It looks like the quest for the right med combo is on. Abilify might not be helping…
