It’s okay to grieve what was lost, even relationships.
But don’t feel bad if you feel numb. Maybe you subconsciously knew it was heading downhill.

Damn, what a dick. He didn’t have to mention that he found someone else, goddamn. Sounds to me like you’re better off without him. I know that doesn’t make this any less shocking or painful, but now, you have the opportunity to find someone who truly loves you. I’m sorry that you’ve got to deal with this sh it. Hold on to the hope that there’s someone out there for everyone. It may take time, but you will eventually find “the one.”
