When I get too much anxiety that’s one I find hard to manage. Even talking only helps a limited amount. I get the depersonalisation thing happening with too much anxiety. I hope u find ways to manage it more

yup, I tried walking thinking some people do pace and maybe it would settle down.

If it’s truly your blood pressure dropping, you can force yourself to cough. It’ll help. That’s what my old cardiologist told me to do because I have a heart thing and it really helps.

I will give it a shot. I was trying to see if could walk it away. Then I tried this other thing about holding my nose and breathing out. nope, back to lab.
