I’ve done a large cthulhu, medium cthulhu, and small cthulhu that looks like it’s a baby’s toy, I’m working on a unicorn and then im gonna do another one so my group leaders has something as a thank you for everything they’ve done… im wanting to make something for my therapist who is male but have no clue really what he would like since I am not male. I also have been having some trouble crocheting without my hand brace since it seems my pregnancy carpal tunnel has returned… if someone could give me ideas on what to make my therapist that’d be great
Sounds cool. Still have some crocheted blankets around that mum did years ago. So good in winter. Maybe something animal but cuddly?
I love how many Cthulhu’s you’ve crocheted. Good job! Maybe your therapist would like a crocheted clipboard? Or a brain!
Do you have the special crochet hooks for arthritis? I do, and they help a lot.
@rogueone yeah my mom has a blanket that her mom made and it’s very nice!
@PeanutGallery cthulhu has pretty much become an obsession of mine lol I even have a cthulhu decal on my car lol I also plan on getting a hello cthulhu tattoo on my calf near my knee lol I can post pictures of them if you’d like.
@Ninjastar I don’t… I didn’t even know they had that… I normally just wear my brace.
can we see a picture ?
They look like this
this is really cool and beautiful looking! Very nice ! Well done !
@Ninjastar thank you, I’ve seen those at walmart but never found out what they were for
@Providencedream thank you! It took a while to get them all done
This is awesome! Way to go on your craft. I’m happy to see pictures of what you’re doing. Thanks for sharing! If you get that tattoo, you gotta post it!
@PeanutGallery thank you! I plan to when I get it… I hope to get it for Christmas but we’ll see… I also want a semicolon butterfly and I’ll post that too (side note I’ve been working on a unicorn and I have the eyes say sensei in Japanese simbles and it has a head body and one leg so far!)
Very cool! Wether you get it or not, it’s good to pursue with honest effort the things that make you happy.
@PeanutGallery agreed
Those are adorable! Great job! I love making amigurumi dolls and stuff, too.
I have a Ravelry account and find a lot of free patterns there.
@anon4362788 I’ll have to look at that… I’ve been finding mine from Google and use an app to save the instructions
It’s www.ravelry.com and there’s thousands of patterns. You can search by many different options. You can also join groups, make a page to show off your work, save a library of patterns, and download.
@anon4362788 awesome! Thank you
No problem. Enjoy!
