Me and the family had a meal on a restaurant last night. Then Christmas dinner at my sisters today.
Unfortunately I have had a bug for a while and I got dizzy and light headed today. I made my apologies and left.
But am so happy I at least showed face. This is a big step forward for me.

I have my roast lamb in the oven right now. Glad you have had a good time and was worth the effort.
The lamb should last me a few days being as it is cooking for one

Yeah, I made a honey, garlic, herb and olive oil marinade. Not keen on rosemary myself. Potatoes roasting, just got to pop some roast parsnips and carrots in the air fryer and all done. I’ll have a couple of yorkshire puds too.
Never could figure out how to make my own gravy, so i have some reduced salt granules instead.
