These smoothies are not fattening they are just fruit, ice and apple juice and can be part of healthy diet

I’m just on a really tight calorie budget right now. 1700-1800 a day. Which is quite low for a guy. Those smoothies would be at least 300 calories. Even that’s a luxury I can’t have. Dieting sucks.

But I’m not fat all over just have a big belly like I’m three month pregnant which sucks
