Sleepwalkers and your thoughts

So I found this energy and mood enhancer … Its illegal in my state but is legal in Alabama…so its only 20 mins away…

Thiamin vitamin b1 15mg
Riboflavin vitamin b2 21mg
Vitamin b6 51mg
Then a proprietary blend 1647mg
Phenibut
Caffeine
Gabba
Baccopa monnieri

Wondering how you all feel about it…my normie friends are taking it and have praised it to high heaven…

Also its illegal in my state due to it hasn’t been evaluated by the fda…its in capsule form and is obviously for human consumption…its not like I’m buying a designer drug is it? I took a dose of 2 capsules about 30 mins ago…and feel great…my eyes feel a little tingly like I took a drug though…

Be careful with this one, okay? My initial reaction is that this isn’t a great idea. I acknowledge that I’m a scaredypants, though.

Given you’re trying to sort out your recent ap med change, side effects, etc. I wouldn’t think adding something new to the mix would be a good idea right now.

You could ask your pdoc some general questions about his thoughts regarding OTC energy and mood enhancers.

I’m getting kinda worried…its feeling like its a drug…but its killing off a lot of my negative symptoms…

I haven’t felt this good in a long time…its kinda reminding me of when I was prescribed adderal though…

How long have you been taking this supplement? This could be adding to your side effects or at least “muddying the water” in terms of what med or supplement is responsible for what side effect.

Bring the bottle of mood enhancer supplements with to your pdoc appointment so he’s aware and can factor that in to the bigger picture of side effects.

Just today…it seems to be getting rid of all of my negative symptoms…

Ha this seems too good to be real…I wonder what in it is doing this though…I feel amazing…

Also, I just wanted to mention that supplements, just like meds, get broken down in your body and interact with your body in complex ways.

People sometimes assume that natural supplements are automatically OK to take because they’re advertised as being “natural”, but that’s not necessarily the case.

For example, my sister took melatonin at fairly high doses for years because of sleep issues. She didn’t think it could cause any issues because it was a “natural supplement”. She’s recently had some issues with her liver and the doctors think a contributing factor could be the melatonin.

From what I’ve skimmed it probably what I call the Speedball Effect. It’s gotta bunch of stuff that makes you feel Up & stuff that makes you Feel Relaxed/Down.

The thing to be weary of is the Phenibut. It’s got withdrawal side effects & a lot of Drug Interactions.

Good Luck/Be Safe/I Ain’t Your Dad.

I am wondering if you ever talked to your doctor and if so what he said.

She said watch the phenibut don’t do them in a excessive nature…
