Waking up early,sleeping early is one of the best thing that happen to my mental health.Every night I take my meds plus melatonin abd would go to sleep inside an hour mostly.It’s good,what’s your thoughts about sleep?

I often wake up after 4 hours of sleep and can’t fall back asleep for another 3 or 4 hours.
I sleep 12 hours exactly.
I sleep early and wake up early.
If i have psychotic thoughts, a nap cures them

I love sleep. Between ambien and Loxapine I sleep like a baby most nights but I go to bed late due to working late so I get up late but that’s just my schedule. Go to bed at 1am and get up at 11am.

i cant get to sleep until 6 am then i sleep till 4 pm it sucks i dont even get to see the sun
I take my pills before bed because they make me drowsy, but if I take them too early I fall asleep for like a short while wake up and its like, what come on you made me tired, just keep sleeping!
I almost am averaging 7 hours a night this month. My dad passed away in December and although I miss him, it’s at least a good thing that he isn’t calling me at 4am anymore with a crisis. My sz symptoms are much better on a good night’s sleep but I try to not panic and take it easy the next day if I have a bad night. Totally abstaining from caffeine, doing Yoga, hot compresses, sex and deep breathing help a lot with inflammation which otherwise interfere with my sleep.

I’m getting back on a somewhat normal schedule. My sleep got all messed up for a while, but now I’m going to bed at night and sleeping through until morning.
But I have to have my naps

I love sleeping! I only need eight hours of sleep but I usually try to sleep for nine or ten hours and go to bed early and wake up early.
i go to sleep between 22:00 and 23:00 and i get up at 09:11 every day…
I like sleepies =)

Since being on clozapine I have slept well every night that’s a good 15 years
I take clozapine 225 mg before bed
