Sleep schedule

So I’ve started a new sleep schedule, i go to bed at 11 and up at 8.

But I have this rule that I can go to bed 10 if I’m tired early. And I get can up at 9 at the latest if I have a really hard time getting up.

Do you think I should keep this rule or keep it strict 11-8?

I guess my body is still somewhat adjusting to the new schedule, as I’ve been doing it for 7 days now…

I sleep at least 12 hours.
That’s my schedule.

I think giving yourself a little wiggle room is probably good tbh

I give myself freedom to over sleep and sleep early but it doesnt work for me. I say try to keep it strict, it might build discpline - something i need to try and see

I think your schedule sounds very reasonable. When I was sleeping 10-12 hours my doc told me it was too much…when he added Vraylar I started sleeping 6-7 hours, which he said was good enough, as long as I don’t go over 9.

If I don’t set an alarm I will sleep 12 hours on zyprexa.

I’m hoping it will work sleeping less though… so far so good, with the exception of one day I slept 50 minutes over time.

I’ve avoided napping and slept at night only for over a week. :smiley::zzz:
