Sigh, a little down

When you kinda know how the world works and a little bit about how people are. But you aren’t equipped to “play the game”. You can only pretend.

Screw that game. Change the rules or create your own.

I can’t play that game, cause i don’t pick up or understand all the rules. Just be
yourself .

I was told “play the game, and it won’t hurt”
but they were wrong-as usual.

Games are good when they are fun.

Being able to get out of the currents of life and live an independent life has its own rewards. A solitary existence isn’t so bad if you can live it constructively.

I think that we learn to put on an act very early in life as a means to get what we want. Some people will tell you that you are just pretending ,others will tell you that your lying but I just see it as acting. We are all vey good actors because we are taught to be from the many lessons we are given through our TV sets.hahahahaa

F**ck the game man .

Change the world with a completely different thought process.

Lifes a game of poker and im sitting at the table with uno cards asking the other players " what the f**k is going on "

I choose which games I play wisely- I do realize that most areas of life are just games. It’s street talk in ghetto parts of the US, like Memphis and Detroit. I live in Memphis. I know the lingo but havent had to speak it in years, but it goes something like “Yo, you got strong gym game.” or “This dope game”- its often referred to in areas in which one tries to make money, or better their reputation- “dope game” means selling drugs. “Powelifting game” means participating in the sport of powerlifting.

People from the hood like fighters. They like buff guys who look intimidating, in the hood that means you have enough resources to eat well and that you have a stronger character. Fighters get a lot of respect, lots of social desirability, as fighting and holding your own is a big deal to people from the hood as well. Having a fighting background made people who sold drugs try to hire me as security…multiple dealers offered me that job. Luckily I was in school and couldnt.

Easier said than done when it’s one against a team.
Those who have had the (dis)pleasure of the experience knows,
Teamwork gets results.

Hahaha that was awesome!

I grew up in a dangerous “hood”. South Chicago. I’ve been fighting my whole life and street fighting should not be glamorized. Once you get a reputation as being scrappy, everyone wants to test you. Multiple scars and battery arrests plague me to this day. Life is precious and I’ve since abandoned that ■■■■. I have nothing more to prove.
