Should I report this to the health team?

I keep forgetting if I have taken my meds

The clozapine is the oral suspension liquid

Have to take it with a plastic tube

Keep forgetting if I have taken it or not

Not like with pills where you can see in an AM/PM box

Have been deciding to take it even if I risk taking twice the prescribed amount

I am a bit worried

My memory seems to be compromised somewhat recently and this is probably the most troublesome thing about it

Use a tick sheet wouldn’t take any extra today just start from tomorrow

You could set up a daily alarm on your phone at a given time. Maybe combine it with crossing off a calender or just jotting down a mark for each day of the week.

Then he has to remember to tick. If the memory is bad, he wouldn’t remember if he had ticked it or not.

My memory is terrible too, but most days I know that I have taken medications.

I think the alarm/reminder is the way to go. :zebra::zebra::zebra:

I forget if I’ve taken my pill sometimes if it’s the first thing I do when I wake up. Idk maybe I’m not as cognizant or conscientious then. I like what the others said about marking it off on a calendar. You could just use a regular calendar too. Not sure if you’re having actual memory problems though.

Like the other day I thought i had taken the morning amount instead of evening

So I took an extra 300mg as thought I’d taken 100mg instead of 400mg

Then I did it again this morning

The problem I am finding is because I do it everyday I can’t seem to be able to know if I had taken it or not

You could get a pill box. Then if they are gone you know you have taken them.

It’s a liquid form as the pills were making me vomit

Noticed my memory/recollection is not at its normal standard at work

Normally I have near perfect recall but it seems to have gotten worse

Short term memory has always been bad but normally after a while I can remember a lot of detail
