It was quick re uploading files to it, but I had problems trying to sync with the desktop app. I was told to reinstall it, without uninstalling what was already there. Problem being that it wouldn’t do so because of a bug. This is what I was told -
Hello, Thank you for your email. We could reproduce the bug of the reinstall error and we have now reported it to our developers. The fix will be deployed in our future update release
So I’ve paid upfront for something that I can’t make full use of. There has been no mention of giving back some of what I paid because of it.
