Should I go to the hospital my voices are getting bad and telling me I am gonna get tortured forever and that every one was In this death game with the illuminati and aliens. They also say they took full control of my body and waiting for me to die so they can tourture me I also have a whole range of delusions that stem from my nerves and tactile ones as well . I also thing no one is any one and the world is gone

When we have to ask ourselves “should I go to the hospital”,
We should go to the hospital.

I find staying at my parents is better than going to the hospital. If I went to the hospital I will probably have no visitors, and I might not like the staff or patients.
Are you on any med? It might need to increase the dose. If not, you can go to hospital for immediate attention. It is always safe in hospital.
You could always get the hospitals opinion
