I am not mad about anything.
I mean to say I am Mad in literal sense.
People will just conclude I am Mad if they know I am a sz’nic.
No more no less.
If I say something off topic bam labelled.
Or am I just overthinking

Yes one way you can say that.
It’s that I think of things which are or may be true.
But can’t finalize!
So I feel like to be selfish and save myself first rather than being good to all. Sometimes I even think am I good or am I just assuming self that I am good.
I need to be meaner because at work my senior management used to say I need to be strick with the employees else they will play a dance on my head.
You sound like a good person, but yeah people can take advantage of that. But hold strongly to your beliefs who you want to be and keep doing good things. But you can be strict but also kind, you’re helping them keep their jobs.

Sometimes I judge wrong then I convince self no one is 100% correct. So I ahead with that wrong judgement in the past and forget and move on. Then when I meet that person I am like he may remember that and hurt me. So should I need to forget the past or be cautious

I would forget the past and move on like you said. I don’t think anyone will hurt you. Most people are concerned about themselves.

I work for a US process I usually stay awake this time in weekdays.
In another half an hour will head back to sleep I tried to sleep. And saw a nightmare and woke up.
How was your Sunday ?

How many hours do you sleep. I believe 8-9 hours is a good amount and being awake in the night is lot better than being awake in the morning.

About 8 hours usually. If I take seroquel I sleep 12 but I only take that as needed.
