I would choose one night stands if I was in better shape.

Eternal love but not much romance but more companionship and friendship. Sex is very low on my scale of fun but I love hugs from my husband

I’ve only had a series of short romances in my life. Max of 2 years. I wonder what a real long term relationship would be like

It depends on whom you ask. For some it’s a drag, while others love the stability. But in all cases the initial excitement fades away after 3 years or less.

Eternal :two_hearts: love!

I am a strong believer in eternal love and want to marry may death NOT do us part.

How sweet is that willed it be.

Short romance can be hot and passionate.

I’m still inlove with x I be feeling .we didn’t have best sex but something worth more.

I had a short romance with the best sex but didn’t love him as much or in same way.very different.as was still living x.

My friend Anders once said he was with a perfect barbie doll looking chic and sex with her was perfect but he rather be with a small breasted chic he had bad sex with because he lived her more.i understand that now I’ve felt similar myself.

I was going to propose to my x in SA but left instead to become vegan n give my horse a better home.

I want a gothic style wedding and may death never do us part if we want to stay together through n after death then so be it.

Eternal love is a myth. Feelings change. Love gets replaced by attachment and comfort in the best of cases.

cynical and I’d like to believe that the couple wed at 18 married 75 years didn’t get your message. maybe not for you and me but love will always prevail.

I’ve had both. Eternal love is just a long romance if you’re with the right person.

There is no such thing as love and certainly there is no eternal love in this world. There is just phenylethylamine appearing at the beginning of romance, but it lasts no more than a few years, usually shorter than that. After that there’s just routine. There is stability, but stability comes with constant quarrels and arguments which can even drive a man crazy. We, humans, are not creatures made for having eternal love. We are polygamous, unlike some other animals. Period.

I pick eternal love but this is an individual preference. Yesterday I was blogging about how different men and women think, after reading this funny, anonymous comment on Yahoo. See below. Sorry for it’s bluntness.

I’ve had quite a few short romances during my lifetime.
Don’t know what my marriage was all about.
Certainly wasn’t eternal love.

Well, my first choice would be a short romance but she can’t be lower than 5’ 2".

I would consider eternal love but as long as it’s only for a few months at the most.
