I don’t want to be too detailed… but during my pscyhosis, actually, it was the end of psychosis but I still believed I can control sky and clouds forms by my thoughts.
I was violent once. It didn’t cause the real harm. I didn’t kill anybody.
but I was once violent. IDK, my pdoc says I should accept it as it is, because I was pscyhotic. But I still cannot throw it from my head. I still cry when I remember it
That’s the only reason why I believe it could be not OCD. Maybe I am actually a violent one. Because even during psychosis, not many people act violently.
violence happens when we are scared…you were just scared…don’t blame yourself…you were ill.

I agree. It’s negative and painful to read the news. I stopped reading news because i feel it’s always biased in any way for every individual

I try to watch less news on TV and also read less.
It’s unreasonable to watch or read news because overall most of us have 0 influence to the whole planet situation.
It’s like seeing how a house burns…

Same, i just try to busy myself with personal interests. Tiny bits of news is okay, but anything more and you feel overwhelmed. I definitely agree with you on that

Quite not bad… my virtual lessons are on Fridays and Saturdays in first part of the day. So I was studying.
Also went to cinema yesterday, new movie called “The creator”. 
And we still have Sunday left!

I just ate dinner, hence slow reply. My weekend is over soon, its 7:30pm sunday. Its been a productive weekend, ive done lots of maths (I study physics)

I study communication and information (that’s how it’s called) it’s a bit connected to journalism

Im only studying physics because i like stars and planets, i find physics super difficult but i try hard because i want to understand star chemistry and the physics of gravity
I suppose the end justifies the means for me (hopefully)
