Shaky hands from drugs

So I’ve been on numerous atypical and old school antipsychs and now I have the hand shakes.

Tardive dys. Is worse than just a hand tremor, right? I also flick my wrists around a lot trying to crack them. Other than that, it’s just a constant hand tremor, very noticeable when I put hands out straight.
Is there a treatment for the hand shakes? My pdoc once have me a pill for it while I was on old school ap, but I forgot the name.

Can’t remember the name. Anti-Parkisonism drug. Google that and you should find it

Thanks, I’m doing that now!
Here’s what I found:

I had tremor too from Lithium and who knows what other reasons but my Dr prescribed Propranolol and it worked for the tremor. It also works for public speaking anxiety, and other anxiety where your heart starts to race as its a beta blocker. I think its fairly safe. Worked for me.

Hands shaking can be a sign your thyroid is over active to, I used to have the same, might want to get it checked

Are you taking lithium, that can cause it in high amounts.

no, just lamictal, buspirone, abilify, and prozac!
