Sense of meaning key contributor to grandiose delusions

I think it is good to have a sense of meaning in our lives but maybe if people are having grandiose delusions it is misdirected, we all should try to remain humble but when symptoms flair that goes out the window and we end up being our own worst enemy :frowning:
