Why do some people call inflated self-esteem or grandiosity “Delusion of grandeur” in Bipolar Disorder? I was sometimes in touch with reality, even when I had inflated self-esteem and grandiosity.
You couldn’t have been totally in touch with reality.

Not always, I agree.
I had delusional imaginary friends until I started to take Rexulti.
I did have olfactory hallucinations, but I still knew it was just in my head.
I was in touch with reality outside of delusions I had.
