1 in 100 people have schizophrenia. When you get treated in hospital for schizophrenia the clinical team talk about your deepest thoughts and privacy. The word gets out. The doctors, the nurses and even patients know your buissness. As a mentally ill we don;t have privacy, depends what you and your loved ones gave away from your privacy.
