Thanks for all the replies people. You all gave me more insight into my way of thinking.
I am on max dosage, 30mg of Abilify and have basically no positives atm.
I came to realize that trying to think my way out of sz must be delusional. I should come to the final conclusion that I have an illness.

Like sleep you can practise mental hygiene
These are some things you can do.
- stop entertaining fantastical thinking by a dose of realism
- Ignore voices you know are not real by isolation
- Distract yourself and don’t torture yourself with thinking about your symptoms
- Keep taking your meds and get help to organise into pill boxes
- Ask someone like a family member or friend if you are not sure if something is real
- Find some hobbies to keep busy in down time
- Ignore intrusive thoughts but disprove them
- Check and double check that you have locked a door when you go out
- rest when you need to reset your mind to avoid burning out on fictitious thoughts
That’s just what I can think of
Thought disorder was a major issue I had to the point of word salad

They’re just some things I have done over the years.
Sure some might be useful but most of us need to work our way out as the problems and resolutions can differ a fair bit
