I don’t drink energy drinks as well like redbull or monster, they tip me off from the balance in few hours time.

I’m in a constant battle with the booze. Best I have done without alcohol is four weeks.
I am still able to enjoy a few drinks. Doesnt make anything worse. Doesnt interact with meds either

as much as i love it’s magic, it aint worth it
I’m only drinking light beers(2,5% vol) I like the taste, but don’t like getting drunk or impaired judgement, so this suits me fine. I feel a lot of freedom after giving up all other alcohol. There might be a few exceptions like New years Eve when I’m with friends, but other than that I don’t really drink anymore.
