I am diagnosed with schizoaffective, bipolar type. I hear voices and suffer from delusions. I experience depression and mania.

The prognosis depends on so much more than a simple diagnosis!

My doctor told me diagnoses are for the doctors and we should focus more on the actual symptoms we are having because they are different for everyone and the doctor has to verify them you cant diagnose yourself
