I am schizoaffective with bipolar. I also have Aspergers and OCD. My medication for schizoaffective is Invega. I ordered Sarcosine from brainvitaminz. I did mention Sarcosine to my psychiatrist and she said not to take it since I had a bad reaction to Ashwagandha. I just want your opinion on if I should use Sarcosine and if it’s worth using. I’m looking for any edge I can get and I know the meds are not the full solution. I’m not using Sarcosine right now. I just want to make sure it’s safe and worth using. Thanks in advance.

I think is safe. Because in the clinical trial doesnt mentiom anything about any danger . In adittion sarcosina IS something you already have in your body and food.

I’m worried about mania with sarcosine
There’s always that chance
My psychiatrist said I had hypomania on Ashwagandha. I also had to stop taking fluvoxamine for my OCD since it caused some of my psychotic symptoms like auditory hallucinations and delusions.
I would listen to your doctor and hold off on taking the Sarcosine

What are you taking it for weight loss? Oniplex is good and not bad for mental health.
Ive taken it for months and it never gave me mania. Its fairly mild
@Star84 I couldn’t find Oniplex you are talking about. Do you have a link on Amazon or somewhere else I can order this. I would love to have an edge in losing weight.
