Starting to get ideas for my first tattoo which I’m planning on getting this year. It’s gonna be some trippy squiggly lines sleeve on my left forearm. I’m 70% sure that’s what I want. Still need to brainstorm but it’s a strong contender.

I wonder if my past lives or past life memories are real and psychosis just allows me to access those memories of if it’s just a delusion. People would say it’s a delusion because it’s impossible or not real, but it feels so real to me sometimes.

Well, it’s official. I only lasted 6 days off Olanzapine. I just took some, along with some Ativan. This time around, it wasn’t my anxiety that made me go back on. It was the inability to fall asleep. I guess my brain got so reliant on it to sleep that coming off it was a shock to it and resulted in sleep depreivation.
Maybe I can counter act the risk of heart problems my doctor mentioned that comes with Olanzapine with exercising every day. A combination of cardio and weights should help.
Sigh. Life goes on. I hate being sick. I hate having schizophrenia and anxiety and I hate needing meds.

I’m not creative. I was when I was a kid, but not anymore. I closed my self off from creativity because I don’t like expressing myself and I don’t like being social anymore.
I have relatives that I consider to be really creative like my brother, mother, and grandfather.

Sleeves are very expensive, a lot of hours of tattooing broken up into multiple sessions, even if you have small arms. I mean, how expensive it is depends on a few factors, just making you aware it’s going to be costly.

Being it’s your first tattoo you may want to start with something smaller. Like a 1-2 hour tattoo, get a feel for what it’s like to worked on for a couple hours, before committing to multiple 3 hour sessions.

Sorry I should have specified, it’s not a full on sleeve, more of a half sleeve? Like if you try to clasp your right hand on just beneath the left elbow and where your right pinky rests, it would be that length. I have a consultation coming up with the guy next Wednesday so I guess we’ll go over all things to do with the expenses and risk factors and so on. Thanks for the heads up though

Does anyone have any advice on finding scholarships for having severe mental illness. I’ve tried looking but couldn’t find anything really. After my mission is over, I’ll probably be in community college studying computer science. My mission is over in October so I do have time.

i didnt use patch today, used nicotine lozenges and every time i use one i feel like im gonna throw up, might be swallowing too much, now i have the patch on im kinda afraid to use a lozenge again because that feeling of almost throwing up is very uncomfortable.
