LOL. Skunky!

What are you doing up so late?

I just got through watching a little t.v… Then my night meds kicked in and I couldn’t concentrate.

Things are pretty good for me. We’re looking at other places to move to with more space. It would be an upgrade for me to have my own room instead of crashing on the couch every night in the living room. I might have to pay more for rent but I could handle that.

So I have started getting bad knee pain…I noticed it when I would drive back from work. I’ve always gotten knee pain when having to drive long distances but now it has been bad even when i am not driving…it is so difficult to squat or to get up from chairs because of it…is this early onset arthritis or something? I’m going to talk to my doctor about it :frowning:

Could it possibly be from being on your feet at work?

I used to work 12 hour days, and the knee pain could be excruciating sometimes.

Hope you feel better soon!

I slept a solid 7 hours, and it felt great. Now that I’m sleeping at night I sleep so much more soundly and solidly, compared to when I was working midnights, trying to sleep during the day. I’m loving being off midnights now.

Dont laugh - but i had to see the GP urgently, cos i tore my foreskin on a zipper when i was in a hurry for a wee. For such a small cut it looked like a blood bath down there lol.

So ive got steri-strips on the end of my fella lol.

I have a blood test soon, I hate waking up early.
Good thing that now with corona we just take an apt and go do it fast. Before corona its a 4hr wait.

Ah yes that is probably it! I am constantly on my feet at work running around like a chicken w its head cut off.

What helped w your knee pain?? Did it stop eventually as you got more used to being on your feet?

Oh for sure, can imagine you’re always on the go at work!

What helped me was getting better shoes with more support-- I was wearing flats and it was wreaking havoc on my feet. It’s amazing how much difference some comfortable shoes can make!

Hmm I wear pretty comfortable tennis shoes now. They’re meant for exercise and being on your feet. Maybe I need special support shoes. I wonder how you get those if you can just buy them or the doctor gets them for you or what.

Not too sure about how to go about getting special support shoes, but they do sell insoles at the pharmacy and shoe stores that might help some :slightly_smiling_face:

My psychiatrist ordered blood work when I last saw her; I’m thinking I might leave in ten minutes to get it done today. It requires a minimum 8 hours of fasting; the paperwork says water is okay to have. I had a cup of black coffee around 6:30 this morning, but I’m sure that will be fine. I’ll mention it to the phlebotomist.

Whenever I have fasting bloodwork they tell me water and black coffee are ok.

Near total voice cessation this morning. Mostly nothing. Not even mumbles.

Yay PEMF, Daily Essential Nutrients and John Ellis Water. Also good macros.

Next step is fixing my rheumatoid arthritis.

Having no voices to bounce ideas off of is kinda lonely, TBH. Just me and the void now.

This is what I wanted though.

Yeah, the black coffee was not a problem.
