I was having a terrible anxiety attack earlier today so I took my seroquel.
I made a huge pot of chili for dinner. Got plenty of leftovers. 
And my Black Sabbath and horror buttons finally shipped out!!

Its a sunny day here, 18 Celsius or 64.4 Fahrenheit. I think i cancel swimming today. I cancelled on Wednesday as well. My respiratory system is a worry. I woke up and my breathing was very bad. I think that why i don’t wake up rested and refreshed.

I just had a feeling its run by gov because the forum is available 24/7 and helping out people, i believe nothing is for free,
