Good luck man
Its gonna be all right
Just came back from the blood test. My blood seems much thicker since I gained lots of weight, hope I donât need to up my cholesterol meds. After the blood test I went to a Thai restaurant and had spicy Pad Thai beef.
Youâre making me hungry lol.
Omega 3 fish oil helped lower my cholesterol
I hadnât eaten for like 14hrs, I was so hungry that I was dizzy and too tired feeling slow mentally lol
I take fish oil 1400mg/day but my triglycerides and cholesterol are still too high. I think its because I donât exercise and stay in bed a lot.
Debating on buying some jewelry⌠but also I feel it could be a waste of money⌠idk
Itâs also genetic. Both my parents have high cholesterol. My number was a little over 200 then I take omega 3 and it went down to 190. So fortunately mine is pretty good despite my parents but I was worried about it till I started taking omega 3
Yea my both parents take meds for high cholesterol and high blood pressure like me ![]()
Iâm making progress on my first amigurumi. So far, Iâve got the head, front 2 legs, and 1 back leg done! Itâs going to be a turtle.
Thank you to those who suggested I talked to a crisis line.
I used a crisis chat, and I feel less crisis struck now.
Weâre going to a steakhouse for my birthday on Sunday. Off from work that day too.

@Blossom good attempt at the crab. Looks great. I just finished an long afghan for me to climb down into the couch and sleep in front of the tv⌠THAT ISâŚIFâŚIFâŚmy apartment is ever finished so that I can move out of here!
Is everything cross contaminated with wheat or what? I just air fried a batch of chicken thighs and added dessicated coconut with honey and herbs.
Came up with a rash after enjoying a juicy thigh!
Checked the packet and packed in a factory that handles wheat. It is virtually impossible to get uncontaminated food anywhere. Bloody coeliac disease.
Wow that has got to be hard to watch out for everything that you eat. I do think that you are right and there is a lot of wheat in almost everything that we eat and drink. Have you tried gluten free products, I know that they are more expensive but it would save you the trouble of the disease.
Besides my back pain- I am feeling kind of bleh today
not sure whyâŚ
Sorry for the problems that you are having. Maybe try what @Loke suggested and get outside and move around a little bit, not too much to hurt your back, but maybe like sit in a swing and move your legs a little bit.
