We went to a environment protest and omg what hostile vibes.

Type of people where you say gā€™day to them they just ignore you and bad vibe you.

I was hoping for a loving friendly environment but these people were like bullies because you can bully a person in silence by everyone ignoring them n giving bad vibes at them.

Sitting here with a freshly brewed Colombian roast coffee. Itā€™s 8:22am been up since 7:45am, I slept in for an hour. The sun is out even though it wasnā€™t meant to be.

Feeling really disappointed that the IRA are increasing the pressure on me once again through ideas of reference. I know il get more coincidences today or when I least expect it.
My life was perfect before this, I was 200% sympton free, but they couldnā€™t have that. I now also think that I could insult the phone and nothing would happen

Seeing reports on cops killing mentally ill people while theyre in crisis makes me really anxious. Ive had the cops called on me for being autistic but luckily i wasnt in a crisis so i handled it ok. Idk how id handle it if i was paranoid

kind of having the idea to quit meds again. im not gonna do it but damn my appetite has increased over the past few days, i am also feeling a little off mentally tho that should be a good reason for not quitting meds
