Thatās their new album. I havenāt listened to it yet. Theyāve had so many lineup changes. Theyāre not the same band, but they still put on a great live show. I saw them twice last year, with the new lineup. Still fun.

Hey all, this weekend started off pretty good. I actually had a good friend told me they were interested in me as more than a friend. I had no clue! But I am open to the possibility. Will talk more in depth with them next time we get together in person.
Another friend came over for most of the day today. It was a really good hang out session. Lots of deep talks and great conversation. 
But now is the dangerous time of day. Night time. Itās always the hardest for me. Especially with more stress piling on and my meds not doing their job right.
Feeling a bit dark and gloomy tonight. Trying to flush it out with some tunes though.

I gave Jimmy some fresh water earlier today and gave his litter a good scoop. Took out the kitchen trash. Saw a goddamn roach above the sink and killed it before it could get away. At least it was a small one.
Threw a Red Baron in the oven for a nice late night dinner. I mostly just snacked on stuff today so it will be nice to get a good sized meal in me.

I just came home from a walk. Tried my new hiking boots. They were a little bit stiff, my feet hurt a little. Iāll start walking once a week in them, that will probably soften them up. I just hope I didnāt get any blisters. I havenāt checked yet.

Yes, some hiking boots are stiff. These are so called shell boots. They are made from stiff leather and they donāt have any damping or inner lining. Iām supposed to wear two pairs of wool socks in them. I hope theyāll break in fast because winter is coming.

Oh nice! Those boots look amazing man! I bet theyāre not cheap either, but they look like theyāre designed to last some rough terrains.
What I do sometimes to break in new shoes is throw on some thick socks then put the shoes on and wear them around my apartment for a little while.
Itās a little after 2am here. I just got some meds in me a little while ago. Yeah the US election is big buzz nowadays. A lot of the world looks to our leadership.

Yeah, we recently joined NATO so everyone is worried about what exactly trump intends to do with the funding of NATO.

I donāt know accurate that Ancestry test is but according to mine I have a drop of Norwegian and Swedish heritage. And for the longest time I thought a lot of my ancestors migrated here from Germany, but according to that test they came here from the Netherlands.

Iāll do fine, itās just one day.
According to ancestry Iām 30% Greek and South Italian. Ha ha! That came out of the blue.
I also did the health test. Luckily Iām not predisposed for Alzheimerās. My grandfather died from it. I can get it anyway, but donāt have the genes for it.
Iām thinking of also doing 23 and me. They seem to cover more things. I dunno??!

I think I read somewhere that Ancestry is probably the most accurate in terms of those test, but Iām not 100% positive on that.

Gonna see Heretic on the pass tomorrow, with my mom before she leaves on a visit to California for a week. Then my brother and I will have house to ourselves. I stocked up on groceries today to prepare.

Yeah, there are some new gene testing sites. They offer different kinds of test. They can list what you need to eat, what kind of exercise is suitable for you, what meds you should avoid. Even if you suffer from caffeine intolerance.
