Say Anything G is for Gorilla šŸ¦

Hey! Sorry, Jimmy hopped up and then I had to get some iced water and take my meds.

Hope you get some good rest. Take care.

Goooooood morning, Vietnam !

Son Goku and other saiyans can turn into great apes.
So I find this thread’s name to be fitting after the Frieza one was concluded.

Morning Andrey!

It’s a little after midnight in my neck of the woods.

Yeah, if watching the full moon, be it night or day, saiyans turn into giant apes. Is the moon visible there? @Montezuma

Sorry I’m a bit of an anime nerd.

About to start work. Not looking forward to it, but hey, a man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do.

Nothing wrong with being a nerd! Nerds change the world.

To be honest I haven’t been outside yet tonight but last night it was almost a full moon. I’m a little scared to venture out tonight, even though it’s generally safe as long as I stick to around my apartment building.

I’m sorry you have to go to work. I count my Blessings that we have a good safety net here in the U.S.

Hah, yea it’s great having a safety net. Mine is family, but they won’t be around forever.

Around here there’s a saying: white money for dark days. It means save now, cos later you might need it. That’s what I am trying to do.

Well done being vegan !:slightly_smiling_face::pray:t4::love_you_gesture:t4::tada:

I’m recently vegan again too.

Was vegan around six years but last year wasn’t because of iron deficiency n so but hopefully lots of spinach n supplements will help.

Yeah I’m trying to build up my savings too my man. I blew through so much money buying a new guitar, amp, and music supplies.

I just ordered some tee shirts on Amazon because they had a 20% off deal with Fruit of the Loom. I might just store away the packages of tees until I need them in the future haha!

That’s a cool and wise saying by the way. :+1:

Thinking of you and praying you are ok.:pray:t4:

Oh, I’m a t-shirt shorts kinda guy too. I usually buy mine in thrift shops tho, never got the cooties yet I wash them properly lol.

Trouble is, during episodes I blew through the savings, either spending on trips or donating. I h8 myself for it.

OOO I love me some thrift stores! I have one right around the corner from me that’s owned by a Catholic Charities organization that I shop at a lot. I always wash my new finds too. Can never be too careful haha.

And don’t feel bad big guy. I’ve probably squandered away fortunes even before my sz due to having some bad addictions and just all around making bad decisions. :hugs:

I think i need a tv… or something. When i wake up in the morning i force myself to go back to sleep for as long as possible so that i can enjoy dreaming. Sleeping more than 9 hours in 24hrs is called hypersomnia and its linked to increased risk of heart attacks, strokes and obesity.

Does anyone know of any good inspiring anime series? I started watching ā€˜attack on titan’ years ago and liked it. Never finsihed it though cause i think my computer broke…

I have a new plan to move… I want to move to the next state over but it’s been proving super difficult. I got denied a mortgage because I couldn’t bring $5k for a deposit. I looked into a rental, and they want $2.5k+ to just move in anyway. I’d rather save double that for my own house. Also honestly I have four pets so if I switch rentals I’ll have to sneak in two cats :smiling_face_with_tear: my current landlord is ok with it and I dont even pay pet rent.

That’s really cool that you can buy a house with only 5K savings in the US.

In Belgium you need to pay all taxes and notary costs with savings + can only lend 80% of the sale value of a property.

Oh wow! Yeah actually you can buy one with even cheaper, it depends on your financial and credit situation. I tried to bring $2.5k down and was initially told it was going to work out but close to move in date they told me nope you need $5k down because my monthly debt is too high for my income level and I’m considered a higher risk
