I want a Thai massage lol. But they are so expensive. It’s the ideal birthday gift cos it’s something that I would never treat myself to so a massage pass would have to come from a friend /family.

I bet it is. I’m not sure if my thinking speeds up, maybe in the morning with that first cup or two but it’s pretty consistent throughout the day. Mind you my cups of coffee have less than 35mg of caffeine in them so not too much.

Just had a coffee. Having a good day. It wasn’t too cold, a few flurries but we got outside a lot today. Sam got to run around and play. My brother made it home. My mother sent out a piece of chocolate pie. My new vape I’m using today has two flavors, the one I like is banana blackberry ice, the other is mango pineapple ice. Excited for tomorrow, a bunch of stuff is supposed to be delivered.

I did over 5k steps today and I didn’t even go out for a walk. Just walked throughout my hallway/apartment.
Happy with that result. For me 5k is the minimum I need to feel healthy.

My day’s going pretty good even though I had a batshit/crazy/supernatural nightmare last night.
I just drank some coffee today and walked to the thrift shop to see if some sneakers I saw there yesterday were still there. They were so gone though LOL.
This really cute and interesting lady who volunteers there approached me though and we chatted for a few minutes. She seems really cool, and even around my age. I think she might also have a dx but I’m not sure.
