Hey y’all, hope everyone is well. I’ve had a nice day off so far. I made a trip to town and did my shopping, but that’s about it. Well, I planned on taking it easy today, anyway.
There are only a couple more items on today’s to-do list. All that’s left is printing and filling out a rental application, and doing one load of laundry. I’ll get to them eventually.
I’m still sniffling and coughing a bit, even with cold medicine; that stopped me from going to Planet Fitness today, but oh well. I didn’t want to be sniffling and coughing on the treadmill. Since I didn’t work out I probably won’t shower today, screw it.
My sister fell off the steps yesterday while taking the dog out to pee. How in the world that dog was able to jerk her off the stairs is beyond me. But she hurt her back. She hates hospitals and refused to let me call emergency (911)
Power was out yesterday night so as I was walking in my hallway headed for my room I stepped in poo and piss. She refuses to kennel train that dog.
I told her that while she’s bedridden I’d take the dog out to pee/poo but otherwise she’s staying in the kennel. I said ‘I’m not doing it. I’m not stepping in anymore poo today’ she’s like ‘well just leave her in my room then’. Whatever. It’d be nice if we had a fenced in yard for that dog. My sister is hard headed
She loves that dog though. She’s afraid if she takes her to the pound that they’ll put her to sleep. Cali has a big heart like that and treats that dog very well.
We’re having a hard time house training her though. That puppy is incredibly cute. I’m sure someone will adopt her.
All her adult life Cali’s had Pitt bulls. Whenever I would go to her house to visit her house was always clean so I guessed that she could handle this little jack russell terrier. I’m running out of patience though.
She was pissed after the dog dragged her off the stairs and vowed to get rid of the dog. We’ll see.
Yeah! Those are high energy, hard headed dogs. If she wanted something easy to train and docile perhaps she should have looked into getting a Mastiff. My sister’s Mastiff is the most loving, easy going giant in the world.
Just got my groceries delivered from the grocery store. I was missing four cans of soup and got an extra container of yogurt. They credited me with the difference. A fire engine and an ambulance came to my apartment building, and there wasn’t much room for the delivery driver to park. It seems like stuff like this always happens when I decide to order groceries. I don’t know what the deal is.
